Jaime Viñals tiene amplia experiencia en impartir Conferencias Motivacionales, Seminarios, Team Buildings, Dinámicas de Integración tanto en Guatemala como en muchos otros países, a todo tipo de personas, corporaciones e instituciones de investigación y educativas.
Se ha especializado en grupos profesionales de ventas, ejecutivos de alto nivel, grupos de mercadeo, administración y áreas educativas como colegios, universidades, escuelas públicas, y además en organzaciones no gubernamentales.
Esa experiencia le ha dado la oportunidad de adaptarse a la idiosincracia de cada uno de los grupos con los cuales trabaja en cerca de 40 países diferentes.
Sus servicios los imparte tanto en inglés como en español, con más de diez años de experiencia en el ramo de la capacitación.
Jaime Viñals nació en Guatemala, y además es licenciado en Biología, egresado de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala.
Inicia el montañismo el 20 de diciembre de 1987, en un evento deportivo-cultural denominado “De Cumbre a Cumbre” realizado en Guatemala, donde su primer ascenso fue el Volcán Tajumulco, en el departamento de San Marcos. Escaló tres veces las cumbres más importantes de Guatemala & Centroamérica, es por esta razón que a finales de enero de 2008, ya ha logrado escalar cientos de cumbres dentro y fuera de Centroamérica.

- First summit climb: Tajumulco Volcano, located in the department of San Marcos, Guatemala
- He has climbed three times the most important summits of Guatemala & Central America
- He has made multiple ascents to summits around the world.
- In the Andes in South America, has reached many peaks such as Aconcagua, Ojos del Salado, Huascaran, Sajama, Chimborazo, Cayambe, Cotopaxi, Tupungato, Pico Bolivar and others
- In the mountains of the Alps in Europe, has managed to climb peaks like Mont Blanc, Monte Rosa, Gran Sasso Pyramid of the Matterhorn or Cervino
- In the foothills of the Himalayas in Asia climbed two peaks over 7,000 meters, mountains and Baruntse Shartse
- From March to May 2000, participated in an international expedition to Mount Cho Oyu of 8.201 m in the mountains of the Himalayas
Achieved major challenges:
- In the spring of 2001 was part of an expedition to Mount Everest (North Col route), and reached the summit on May 23, becoming at that time, the first person in Central America and the Caribbean, could reach the summit , the highest in the world
- In January 1995 began a consistent challenge to reach the highest peak on every continent on the planet, known as 7 World Summit, which concluded successfully on May 23, 2001
- In July 2002 began a consistent challenge to reach the highest summit of the seven largest islands in the world, is known as 7 World Islands, which was successfully completed on January 5, 2006
Challenge currently involved:
- He is now involved in the project of climbing the 50 summits world's most prominent of which has already climbed 26 of them

- Order of the Quetzal, which is highest award given by the President of the Republic of Guatemala, was given by the President then, Ramiro de Leon Carpio (RIP) in December 1995
