Jaime Viñals is a Guatemalan global explorer, biologist, professional mountaineer, international speaker, and author, renowned for transforming extreme challenges into powerful lessons in leadership, resilience, and goal achievement.
In 2001, he made history by becoming the first Central American to reach the summit of Mount Everest (8,848 m). He has delivered lectures, executive programs, and team-building experiences in more than 25 countries for companies, governments, and international organizations.
Author of nine books—including *Legacy of Summits* (2025)—his message inspires individuals and organizations to overcome limitations, transform challenges into opportunities, and reach their full potential.
